StoneCreek Partners was retained as the project feasibility consultant to prepare a property offering memorandum, for this major destination resort development. The master plan for this mixed-use project includes a man-made downhill ski slope, resort hotels, an outlet mall, spa, a family entertainment center (FEC), and additional destination recreation and attractions. Cross Link Niagara is a large-scale project of more than 2.1 million square feet of gross leasable (usable) area made possible by the growth in the Niagara Falls tourism marketplace. The project site is situated adjacent to the historic central business district of Niagara Falls (Ontario, Canada).
Cross Link Niagara is envisioned as a multi-faceted mixed-use development that will augment and propel the Niagara region’s tourism industry. The Project will add an array of new attractions to the heart of Niagara Falls, including an indoor and outdoor ski slope, outlet mall, event facilities, and hotels.
Asset management of public recreation facility, associated with the former Ritz-Carlton Aspen and Aspen Mountain P.U.D. Work included public involvement in naming the facility, and appointment of facility operator.
Big idea exploration and confirmation, and ideation, along with business plan for proposed themed recreation attraction, an offshore submarine platform off the coast of Miami, Florida.
Management review of the historic Racquet Club of Palm Springs (California) tennis and other club operations, staffing practices, and operating results, with recommendations for operating tactics to improve bottom-line profitability. The facility has since ceased operations due to fire. This project holds special interest for SCP, as it was the among the first real estate consulting projects of SCP’s founder Donald Bredberg.
