Tri-City Shopping Center

Owner representative, tenant leasing rep, and property manager for community shopping center in Redlands, California.  Work included owner representation to other investor groups and anchor tenants involved with center ownership.

 

StoneCreek’s work included the preparation of redevelopment plans for this major Inland Empire region property, a plan that envisioned a mixed-use district dubbed, “Redlands Marketplace.”  Shown below, the facility’s owner’s at the time reviewing redevelopment plans.  A unique feature of the great value for the property is the more than 1-mile of north-facing interstate highway frontage bordering the northern boundary of the Tri-City shopping center property.  Interstate 10 is one of the primary routes to and from Southern California mountain and desert recreation areas, ski areas, Palm Springs, and the like.

 

 

     

 

Escape Room Experience

Conceptual design and guest scripting for an “escape room” facility with several escape experiences offered.   The challenges designed for this escape room include physical challenges as well as problem-solving requiring mental agility.    Teamwork is particularly emphasized to encourage social interaction as part of the experience.  A precursor and inspiration for this escape experience is the famed Entros (Seattle) restaurant, wildly popularly back in the early 1990’s.

 

“Escape room experiences” are offered in all manner of challenges, formats, and settings, making for a robust and flexible entertainment platform.

 

Escape rooms have become a popular leisure-time activity, with potential appeal to diverse age and customer trip purposes (date night out, family outing, group experience, etc.).

One Marine Drive Accra

Conceptual exploration for coastal pier district adjacent Accra’s government center and central business district, prepared for investor group evaluating the project’s potential.  Much of the effort involved acting as a retail-entertainment consultant to determine how to activate a critical mass of retailers, attractions, and entertainment for this destination place.
