StoneCreek Partners acts as development project managers for commercial real estate development, hotels and resorts, and location-based entertainment. As development project managers we typically start our work with owners during feasibility and program confirmation, through design management, construction, and directing pre-opening readiness for the project or facility.
On behalf of Owner we organize overall implementation including project team formation and the RFP/selection of architect, general contractor, and specialty trades. Some projects require franchise selection, tenant leasing, sponsor arrangements, fuel supply deals, and other specialty arrangements.
Working with Owner’s legal team, we lead the negotiation of key contract terms with each member of the project team. As project managers we monitor all contract through contract close-out and final lien releases. As development project managers we also collaborate with the architect and independent site inspector to review work progress and local municipal inspections.
