As asset management consultants (asset managers), StoneCreek Partners acts on behalf of ownership groups – both private and public sector. We work with facilities managers and on-site development teams to assure owner operating and design intent is met, including meeting operating budget expectations. For many properties we are involved with facilities manager reviews, property (and hotel) management agreement negotiations, general manager selections, and the like.
At times as asset management consultants we also act as facilities managers, handling tenant relations, leasing, common area management, annual capital improvement programs, and the like. For development projects we take on pre-opening readiness for all matters – staffing, procurement, training, POS and reservations systems, and initial purchases of par levels for consumables and expendables.
With global asset and wealth managers, as well as high net worth individuals, we also provide strategies for investment allocations to real estate (all forms), category investment return expectations, and organizational structure to best manage towards successful outcomes. At times we take the strategy forward in guiding acquisition programs including the culling and specific selection of assets for investment.
We work with regard to portfolios and properties, including land development, commercial real estate, hotels and resorts, and location-based entertainment. As asset managers we have represented owners for hotels such Ritz-Carlton New York and the Schaumburg Marriott in the Chicago area, and for shopping centers such as Tri-City Center in Redlands (California).
