Gross maximum price (GMP general contractor agreements, property management agreements, common area budgets, hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, fuel wholesale agreements, we’re familiar with such contracts and have negotiated and/or written a fair number of these ourselves. We also managed or ourselves conduct property inspections as part of underwriting due diligence.
